  • Support or co-lead critical projects alongside your program manager.
  • Structure planning, milestones, risks, and decision-making forums.

  • Prepare and run steering committees and key project reviews.
  • Stabilise projects in difficult phases (delay, scope change, technical issues).

Engineer (Arts et Métiers) & MBA (INSEAD) with over three decades of experience managing complex industrial programs for global manufacturers across Europe, Latin America, Africa, and Asia.

I now put this experience at the service of maritime and industrial actors in Brittany and beyond — helping deliver ambitious programs with robust structure, clear communication, and a strong intercultural perspective.

Based in: Port-Louis (Locmalo), Morbihan – with international mobility.

Ingénieur (Arts et Métiers) & MBA (INSEAD), avec plus de 30 ans d’expérience en pilotage de programmes industriels complexes pour des groupes internationaux (Europe, Amériques, Afrique, Asie).
